ABOUT US

Delia was reflecting on her own son and his daycare experience. His high energy was oftentimes viewed as disruptive, which made her think that there are probably other parents and children who have had similar experiences. She decided to create a space for children to learn in an environment where their high energy is used to encourage their growth and development. 

Delia served in The United States Navy and gained a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources Training and Development from Webster University. Delia is fluent in English and Spanish and has a heart for children. She has years of experience helping organizations build indestructible teams with high Relationship Intelligence and brings that experience into her classroom. Delia embraces diversity, navigates conflict, and powers through obstacles with smarter decisions.
